Jack Webb and Rosalind Masson: Quartet

The Arches presents

Jack Webb and Rosalind Masson: Quartet

Fri 13 Jan 2012 | 7.30pm | £6/£4

Quartet (Stage 1) is a meeting of minds and practices that was born from a common interest and serendipitous encounter. It includes the coming together of dance artists Jack Webb and Rosalind Masson, joined by Daniel Squire as mentor.

Two of Scotland’s up and coming independent dance artists, this is the first time Jack and Rosalind will perform their own solo material side-by-side within the same work. The solos will be the founding research for an evening’s length work that will feature them performing what they have created not only for themselves, but also for one another.

Don’t miss this first stage in the process of a new and exciting creative partnership, and the first of three dance events on at the Arches this month, including a double bill with Loic Lalande and Tom Pritchard (Sat 28th) and the end performance from Katie Duck’s workshop at Tramway (Sun 29th).
