Mixed Bizness and The Arches combine forces to bring hot new producer Ifan Dafydd to the Art School.

Appearing on the scene mysteriously last summer with debut single No Good, which took Amy Winehouse’s now immortalised vocals and sent them down a frequency or two, new producer Ifan Dafydd (pronounced ee-van da-vith) is still hovering on the borderline of the known and unknown with a handful of songs. It’s a testament to their strength that he’s already been tipped by the likes of Sinden (“this is a special record”), fellow hyped producer Jamie xx and Gilles Peterson, who aired Miranda on Radio 1 with the portentuous words: “it’s a biggie”.

His new EP Treehouse is released on Jan 30th featuring the luscious new track To Me.

N.B. This gig takes place at The Art School, 486 Sauchiehall Street, Glasgow and is the latest in a series of artistic collaborations between Mixed Bizness and The Arches.
