C-Change and Dates n Mates with the Arches present

Scotland's first club night for people with learning disabilities

Tue 11 Mar 2014 | 7.30pm - 12 midnight | £6 (available from Dates n Mates website) | £8

Important customer information: Due to recent changes in age restrictions, all Arches club events are now strictly Over 21s. However, as a private hire event, the LATE club night will go ahead as advertised as an 18+ event.

The Arches joins forces once again with Dates n Mates, a Glasgow-based dating agency for people with learning difficulties, and C-Change, a supported living charity, for Scotland’s first and only inclusive club night – a space for people with and without disabilities to enjoy a safe and exciting nightclub experience.

Recognising that going to a nightclub for the first time can be a daunting experience – and thinking back to the transition between school discos and the odd house party, to queuing up at a nightclub on a Saturday night – this event provides people who may not have had the confidence, or felt they may have been excluded from clubbing in the past with an opportunity to go out, let their hair down and enjoy themselves, while feeling safe in their surroundings.

At this fifth LATE event, we are delighted to welcome Capital FM’s Garry Spence alongside resident DJ JP and a new up and coming DJ from Yorkshire – DJ Rory Hoy.

If you’d like more information about the event, please go to, email or call 0141 427 2957.

“I’ve been to loads of clubs and seen big headline acts and this for me was one of the best nights I have been to. On walking onto the dancefloor it felt like I had been transported to Ibiza!”
Hannah Brown – dates-n-mates

“LATE completely surpassed my expectations! I knew we were doing something really different and something that could have a huge impact on the Glasgow club scene. The atmosphere was amazing and the dancefloor packed from the moment the first tune was played. The crowd was fantastic and the DJs played amazing sets.”

Robert Gallagher – C-Change
