Fresh from a magical performance of his song collection Palmstar Poppy – Songs In Search Of Love Lost At Sea at this year’s Edinburgh Fringe, one of Scotland’s most eminent contemporary composers returns to Glasgay! to perform tracks old and new, including the premiere of The Crow Flies As Miss Clare Sings and The Old Man Of Storr.

Taking the listener on a deeply personal journey through emotional and evocative soundscapes, in 2011 DPJ – as he is popularly known – was awarded the Glenfiddich Spirit of Scotland Award for Music for his cinematic compositions.
