After releasing their debut album Sun Structures in February this year on seminal label Heavenly Recordings, Temples, a four-piece hailing from Kettering became one of the most talked-about bands in the UK indie rock scene.

With a heavy psychedelic rock sound that saw them championed by Johnny Marr, Noel Gallagher and other rock luminaries, they have played alongside the likes of Suede, Kasabian and The Vaccines, earning them a dedicated following of loyal fans.

Comparisons to 60s psych-rock like The Byrds, and more modern bands such as the Flaming Lips and Tame Impala have been made, placing Temples at the crest of a wave of new bands exploring the ‘neo-psych’ sound.

On the even of the release of Sun Re-structured, a remix album complementing their debut featuring re-rubbed versions of their songs by producers such as Phantasy’s Erol Alkan and Beyond The Wizard’s Sleeve (aka Richard Norris), the band set forth announced a UK-wide tour. DF Concerts and The Arches are proud to present a night of full-on pysch-rock wonder, as one ofthe UK’s most exciting, hotly-tipped bands hit Glasgow.
