Dr. Sketchy's is the little New York event that became a movement. Instead of static figures drawn by artists in silence in a cold art class, Dr. Sketchy models are burlesque stars, contortionists, fire-jugglers, tattooed beefcakes and sideshow freaks. Led by local theatre company Rhymes with Purple Productions, it’s what happens when cabaret meets art school: drawing, drinks, dancing and decadence.
