Song Of Return launch their new album at the Arches, Glasgow on 4th June 2011.

Stemming from the creative partnership between Craig Grant and Chris Gordon (ex-Union Of Knives), Song Of Return’s debut album is hailed as one of the most eagerly anticipated of 2011.

Described as “a brilliant, malevolent soundtrack to some mad scientist’s wildest nightmare” by The Scotsman’s Nick Mitchell, Limits is a dark, unsettling collection of sounds which undoubtedly draws influence from the duo’s time working with production giants such as multi-platinum selling British producer Steve Osborne (Elbow, Suede, New Order) and Oscar winning producer Atticus Ross (Nine Inch Nails, OST The Social Network, OST The Book Of Eli), as well as a dark, industrial post-rock setting.

Garnering praise from broadsheets and blogs alike, their live show is equally celebrated; joined by members of Admiral Fallow, Otherpeople and Moon Unit, their music takes on a new intensity, with the band having performed in venues from King Tuts to a converted church and a disused seminary.

At this special launch night, the band will perform the album from start to finish, with the album being available to buy before it is released on 6th June.
